About Me

Hello! My name is Charlie and I'm a transmasc personal trainer with a focus on using movement for overall wellness. I emphasize the psychological aspects of behavior change, and combine that with my in-depth knowledge of athletics to help you build healthier routines and increase your overall well being. I practice body neutrality, and embrace an anti-diet stance.

I know first hand what it feels like to be the "misfit" in the gym or the novice on the team. My queerness and trans identity felt like a burden in fitness and athletic spaces for so long and actually prevented me from participating in activities that I really wanted to do and that would benefit my health! Because of that, I've spent the last several years advocating for queer inclusion in wellness activities and sports.

The most important thing I've done on this journey is to simply show up as myself and for myself. Let's work together to bring you freedom in movement, without sacrificing your body or your values - to help you be Queer & Well.
